Nandu Power Announcement: In order to reduce losses and protect the interests of shareholders, the company held the 9th Board of Directors' 10th meeting on April 24, 2026. The board approved the resolution on the closure of the wholly-owned subsidiary, Anhui Huabo Recycling Resources Technology Co., Ltd., to cease operation and production, and initiate personnel arrangement and asset disposal process.
