Tibet Everest announced that it plans to transfer 100% equity of Argentina Tosa Company held by its subsidiary Tibet Everest Resources Limited to Zhiyuan Holdings at a transaction price of $70 million. After the completion of this transaction, the company will divest the non-core asset equity of Argentina Tosa Company, and the asset portfolio will further focus on the Anhales Salt Lake, which will help improve the overall asset quality and operational efficiency.
