The State Administration of Market Regulation approved the release of 9 digital national standard standards.
Today, it was learned that the State Administration for Market Regulation has approved the release of 9 national standards in the digital domain, providing unified norms and technical support for the digital transformation of standards in China. The first part of the standards focuses on general rules for standardization. The second part clarifies the core elements and their relationships of digital standards activities from three dimensions: capability characteristics, lifecycle, and application levels, addressing the challenges of inconsistent understanding and unclear implementation paths within the industry. The third part defines the concept of standard ontology, attribute content, and rules of concept relationships, breaking through the linear structure of traditional documents and constructing a multi-dimensional semantic network to solve the problem of fragmented semantic in traditional standards. The fourth part clarifies the rules for the coordinated management of standard data, processes, related roles, and the standard-making process in a digital environment, helping to break down information barriers in traditional standard-setting and improve the efficiency and quality of standard development.
