The General Office of the People's Government of Guizhou Province recently issued "Several Policy Measures on Cultivating and Strengthening the Main Entities of Operation". Implementing actions to cultivate companies for listing, dynamically optimizing the resource pool of listed companies, building a step-by-step mechanism of "cultivation-guidance-application-listing", supporting companies with outstanding main business, strong profitability, and good growth prospects to raise funds through listing on domestic and foreign multi-level capital markets. Supporting provincial companies to carry out equity acquisitions, mergers and reorganizations around the industrial chain, and cultivating a batch of listed companies in a tiered manner.
