Guizhou: By 2030, the total number of provincial-level specialized, refined, and new small and medium-sized enterprises will reach 1,800 or more.

The General Office of the People's Government of Guizhou Province recently issued the "Several Policy Measures on Cultivating and Strengthening Business Entities". It proposes to increase the cultivation efforts of professional, refined, special, and new enterprises. Establish and improve mechanisms to promote the development of professional, refined, special, and new small and medium-sized enterprises, strengthen professional services and digital transformation, strive to create a group of professional, refined, special and new "small giants", manufacturing industry champions, and accelerate the development of unicorns and gazelle enterprises. Promote the full coverage of research and development institutions and activities of professional, refined, special, and new small and medium-sized enterprises, and support "small giant" enterprises in building provincial-level R&D platforms. During the "14th Five-Year Plan" period, efforts will be made to cultivate more than 100 provincial-level professional, refined, special, and new small and medium-sized enterprises annually in the province. By 2030, the total number of provincial-level professional, refined, special and new small and medium-sized enterprises is expected to exceed 1,800.
