Guizhou issued the "Several Policy Measures on Cultivating and Strengthening the Main Body of Business Operation" to expand and strengthen industrial enterprises. Implement the action plan for cultivating industrial enterprises, establish a classified enterprise cultivation pool, promote the main enterprises in the chain to build an industry chain cooperation platform, attract and introduce supporting industrial projects through business negotiations, and gradually cultivate main enterprises in the industrial chain, strengthen policy incentives, and increase the number of industrial enterprises above designated scale. During the "14th Five-Year Plan" period, the province aims to have an average of over 400 new industrial enterprises above designated scale annually. By 2030, efforts will be made to add 2 industrial enterprises with annual operating income of over 100 billion yuan, 2 with annual operating income of over 50 billion yuan, 14 with annual operating income of over 10 billion yuan, and 50 with annual operating income of over 1 billion yuan.
