According to Jimo News, the owner of the property is Xu Huojian, the nephew of Xu Jiayin, chairman of Evergrande Group. The property is being auctioned by the People's Court of Potou District, Zhanjiang City. According to the court announcement, the luxury home is located at Room 902, 421 Linjiang Avenue, Tianhe District, Guangzhou. This is the first auction of the property. The building covers an area of 317 square meters, with Xu Huojian being the owner. The auction officially started on February 25th and will be open for consultation from January 16th to February 26th, 2026.
