On the 7th, it was learned from the Chongqing Municipal Ecology and Environment Bureau that Chongqing is relying on three pilot parks in Liangjiang New Area and Banan District to carry out environmental impact assessment (EIA) "addition and subtraction", exploring the implementation of the "exemption from approval + permit connection" mechanism. Companies only need to submit core materials to achieve "exemption from EIA" and issue permits directly. The approval time has been reduced from 3 months to 2 working days, with efficiency increased by over 95%.
