Wanda Information: Li Guangya resigns from the position of director due to work adjustment.

On December 25th, Wanda Information announced that the Board of Directors received a written resignation report from director Li Guangya on December 24th, 2025. Li Guangya resigned from his position as director of the company due to a job adjustment and will no longer hold the position of director after his resignation, but will continue to serve as senior vice president of the company. The Board of Directors held the twenty-third meeting of the eighth session on December 25th, 2025, and approved the nomination of Jiang Feng as a candidate for non-independent director of the eighth session of the Board of Directors, with a term of office from the date of approval by the shareholders' meeting until the expiration of the eighth session of the Board of Directors.
