As of the disclosure date of the announcement, Liu Jianwei has pledged a total of 83.568919 million shares, accounting for 60.2246% of his holdings, 9.0375% of the total share capital. The corresponding financing balance for the pledged shares due in the next six months and one year is 260 million yuan and 770 million yuan respectively, with the ability to repay the debts, the pledge risk is controllable, and will not lead to a change in the actual control right.
