Kuwaiti-flagged vessels are eligible for a preferential tax rate on tonnage tax starting from December 9, 2025.

The Ministry of Finance and the General Administration of Customs have issued a notice that, starting from December 9, 2025, Kuwaiti-flagged taxable ships will be eligible for a preferential tonnage tax rate.
