Rui Sheng Technology announces acquisition of AR diffractive waveguide technology company Dispelix.

On November 18th, Raytheon Technologies announced that it has signed a final agreement to acquire shares and other equity securities of Dispelix Oy, a Finland-based AR diffractive waveguide technology company. The transaction is expected to be completed in the first half of 2026, and after the completion of the transaction, Dispelix will become a subsidiary of Raytheon Technologies. Currently, both parties have collaborated with several leading OEM customers to jointly develop the next generation of AR devices.
