According to market news, WuXL PharmaTech ended its IPO subscription one day early and may price its shares at the higher end of the pricing guidance range. It is expected that WuXL PharmaTech will list on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange on November 17th with an offer price per share between HK$19.9 and HK$20.6, raising a maximum of HK$3.676 billion, making it the third-largest IPO in the Hong Kong stock market. As of 10 p.m. on November 9th, WuXL PharmaTech had recorded a subscription amount of HK$9.24 billion, which is 24.1 times oversubscribed based on the public offer amount of HK$368 million. According to the information, WuXL PharmaTech is focused on leading contract research, development, and manufacturing organization (CRDMO) in the global antibody-drug conjugate (ADC) and broader biologic conjugate drug market. It is also a company dedicated to providing comprehensive services. According to Frost Sullivan's data, by revenue in 2022, the company is the second-largest CRDMO for ADC and other biologic conjugate drugs. The company's global market share by revenue increased from 1.8% in 2020 to 4.6% in 2021, and further rose to 9.8% in 2022. Regarding the Hong Kong new stocks market, according to Ryanben's statistics, in the first ten months of 2023, there were 15 companies with oversubscription exceeding 10 times, accounting for 31.9% of the total IPOs (excluding introduction to the market and GEM transfer to the mainboard) of 45 companies.
