It is reported that LPC has successfully completed its Series A financing and raised a total of HKD 25 million, with the current enterprise valuation of LPC reaching HKD 424 million. Xu Xiyu, the founder of Jaten Middle East Investment No.1 Limited Partnership Fund, stated that LPC does not have any plans for further financing in the short term, but aims to consider going public in 2026 to 2027, preferably on the Nasdaq or in Hong Kong, depending on the market conditions at that time. In addition, the target enterprise valuation for 2026 to 2027 is HKD 10 billion.
According to the MOU, LPC announced the establishment of a joint venture company together with Hong Kong Green Building Systems Limited and Jaten. The collaboration aims to promote innovation and development in smart technology and carbon management initiatives, with a main focus on the United Arab Emirates (UAE), Saudi Arabia, Indonesia, and other emerging markets. Deng Jinming, the founder and CEO of LPC, stated that the company will focus on developing the Middle East market next year, as there are potential collaborations in the region.
In terms of the responsibilities of the joint venture company, LPC promises to provide smart digitalization and ESG solutions, as well as necessary technical expertise to enhance the overall level of systems, including information management, building information modeling (BIM), ISO standards, asset management, and artificial intelligence modeling. Hong Kong Green Building Systems Limited will provide professional consulting and project management services, and implement the latest green building technologies in the projects, such as steel structure technology, prefabrication technology, and the application of the latest green building materials. Additionally, Jaten will provide financial support, market strategic insights, and its experience in global investment guidance.
It is understood that LPC officially released the SuperApp with the aim of simplifying the data processing process through the use of technology and integrating ISO standard content to generate data-driven insights, promoting smarter urban development. The built-in AutoCDE system in the SuperApp serves as an intelligent asset system, providing smart BIM solutions dedicated to benefiting industries such as transportation and property management. Based on LPC's long-term strategy, the SuperApp will be developed globally and applicable in 160 countries.
