(referred to as "Zhuzhou CRRC Times Electric" or "the Company")'s core technical personnel Zhu Hongjun, Lv Yang, Liu Liangjie, and Zhang Min were recently no longer recognized as core technical personnel due to job adjustments and responsibility divisions.
