Subsidiary of EDENSOFT (01147) obtained ICP license to operate pilot approval.

EDENSOFT (01147) announced that its subsidiary Shenzhen EDENSOFT Co., Ltd. (Shenzhen Eden) recently obtained approval from the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology of the People's Republic of China (MIIT) for the operation of value-added telecommunications services (limited to Internet information services), in the form of an Internet Content Provider (ICP) license. This approval marks the first time MIIT has granted a value-added telecommunications service qualification to a foreign-funded enterprise. According to the approval, Shenzhen Eden can now offer value-added telecommunications services such as providing Internet information services. The Group already has the compliance foundation to provide internet data services, information processing, and algorithm training, enabling legal access and processing of multimodal training data resources and completion of large model filings. Leveraging the newly acquired ICP license, the Group will integrate its technological expertise in artificial intelligence (AI), big data, and other fields to train and support industry-specific large models for multiple scenarios, with a focus on breakthroughs in areas such as smart offices, digital marketing (live graphics), and smart education. Building upon this foundation, the company plans to deepen its penetration into the enterprise services (ToB) market and strategically expand into the consumer services (ToC) market, upgrading and expanding its business scope comprehensively.
