FAR INTL (02516) announced that Wang Quan has resigned as the Chief Executive Officer of the company in order to devote more time to his role as Chairman of the Board and Executive Director, in accordance with Rule C.2.1 of Appendix C1 of the Rules Governing the Listing of Securities on The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited (the Listing Rules), which clearly defines the responsibilities of the Chairman and the Chief Executive Officer. This change will take effect from March 1, 2025. Wang Quan will remain as an Executive Director, Chairman of the Board, member of the Company's Remuneration Committee, Chairman of the Company's Nomination Committee, and Chairman of the Company's Investment Committee.
Wang Tiantian has been appointed as the Chief Executive Officer, effective from March 1, 2025.
