YUEXIUTRANSPORT (01052): Ho Pak Ching resigns as Executive Director

YUEXIU TRANSPORT (01052) announced that Ho Pak Ching has resigned from the position of Executive Director and Vice Chairman of the Board of Directors, as well as General Manager due to retirement, effective from February 28, 2025. After his resignation, he will no longer be a member of the Board's Environmental, Social, and Governance Committee.
