Guobo Electronics (688375.SH) announced that from October 19, 2024 to February 21, 2025, the controlling shareholder and concerted action person, Electric Investment, increased their stake in the company by a total of 2,046,132 shares through the Shanghai Stock Exchange's centralized bidding system, representing 0.3433% of the total share capital of the company. The total transaction amount for the increased shares was 100,188,535.50 yuan, exceeding 50% of the lower limit of the planned increase amount. The current increase plan has not been completed yet.
