Greentown SER (02869) announced that, starting from February 24, 2025, Mr. Chen Hao resigned from his position as an executive director to focus more on personal matters; Mr. Liu Xingwei resigned from his position as a non-executive director due to work adjustments, while Mr. Song Hailin was appointed as a non-executive director; and Mr. Xia Yun resigned from his position as Chief Financial Officer to focus more on personal matters, while Mr. Zhang Lingbo was appointed as Chief Financial Officer.
