UBTECH ROBOTICS (09880) shareholder QM25 LIMITED has committed not to sell its stake through the secondary market bidding method within 12 months.

UBTECH ROBOTICS (09880) announced that as of January 23, 2025, the shareholder QM25 LIMITED holds 13,082,560 H shares of the company. On the date of this announcement, the company received a voluntary commitment letter from QM25 LIMITED stating that they will not sell their shares through secondary market bidding within 12 months starting from January 24, 2025. During the restricted period mentioned above, QM25 LIMITED can sell their shares through other means, provided that the selling price is not less than HK$180 per share (if the company undergoes events such as dividend distribution, bonus issue, capital reserve capitalization, additional capital increase, or rights issue within the restricted period, the above price shall be adjusted accordingly).
