QUAM PLUS FIN (00952) announced that Mr. Lam Wai Hon has resigned as an executive director of the company, as he wishes to devote more time to personal matters and other business endeavors. He will also no longer serve as a member of the company's executive committee, effective from January 16, 2025. After resigning as an executive director, Mr. Lam will continue to serve as a business partner of the company.
