CITIC SEC(06030): CITIC SEC International guarantees the issuance of $4.3 million in notes by CSI MTN.

CITIC SEC (06030) announced that its overseas wholly-owned subsidiary, CITIC SEC International's affiliate company CSI MTN Limited (hereinafter referred to as the issuer or guarantor), established an overseas Medium Term Note (MTN) program with a maximum principal amount of 5 billion US dollars (or equivalent in other currencies) on March 29, 2022. This MTN program is guaranteed by CITIC SEC International. On July 11, 2025, the issuer issued a note under the MTN program with an issuance amount of 4.3 million US dollars. After this issuance, the total principal balance of notes issued by the issuer under the MTN program amounts to 2.478 billion US dollars.
