KING INTL INV (00928) Announcement: Effective from January 6, 2025, Ms. Yan Ming has been transferred from executive director to non-executive director and will no longer serve as co-chairman and CEO of the company; Mr. Li Li has been transferred from executive director to non-executive director and will no longer serve as a member of the remuneration committee. Mr. Liu Zhong is no longer the chairman of the nomination committee; Mr. Wang Zhenyu is no longer a member of the audit committee; Mr. Leng Yueyingtan has been appointed as chairman of the nomination committee and a member of the remuneration committee and audit committee.
