JIANGXI COPPER (00358) announced that the board of directors recently received a written resignation letter from Mr. Liao Xingeng (Mr. Liao). Due to job relocation reasons, Mr. Liao has decided to resign from the position of Vice General Manager and Co-Secretary of the Company, and will no longer hold any position in the Company, effective from July 11, 2025.
The board of directors further announced that the Company held its eleventh meeting of the tenth board of directors on July 11, 2025, and approved the proposal to appoint Mr. Tu Dongyang as a Co-Secretary of the Company, effective from July 11, 2025.
