Auntie in Shanghai: Three major brands collaborate to upgrade, with a year-on-year revenue growth of 52.3% in 2023.

On December 27th, Shanghai Auntie updated its prospectus. Shanghai Auntie is a well-known domestic fresh beverage company, with a total of 8437 stores as of June 30, 2024. Currently, Shanghai Auntie has formed three brand concepts, with the main brand "Shanghai Auntie" aimed at providing high-quality fresh beverages at a good value for consumers nationwide, especially in third-tier and below cities. The products include fresh fruit tea, multi-ingredient milk tea, light milk tea, yogurt shakes, and more. In April 2024, "Shanghai Auntie" officially announced the upgrade of its brand 5.0, covering changes in brand logo, slogan, store image, and more. At the same time, based on different market demands, Shanghai Auntie launched the sub-brand "Shanghai Coffee" in 2022, focusing on coffee beverages, and officially announced its joining policy in September of this year. In 2023, Shanghai Auntie launched the brand "Light Enjoyment" specifically for consumers in third-tier and below cities, providing high-value choices. In March of this year, the concept of the "Light Enjoyment" brand was upgraded to version 2.0, with the official release of "Tea Cascade," focusing on new-style Chinese tea, with a greater focus on the lower-tier markets. According to the prospectus, from 2021 to 2022, Shanghai Auntie's revenue and net profit increased by 34% and 79.2% respectively. From 2022 to 2023, Shanghai Auntie's revenue and net profit increased by 52.3% and 159.5% respectively, with steady growth.
