Aluminum Corporation Of China (02600): Li Xiehua elected as non-executive director

Aluminum Corporation of China (02600) announced that Mr. Li Xiehua was elected as a non-executive director of the company's eighth Board of Directors at the extraordinary general meeting. Mr. Li Xiehua's term will begin from the end of the extraordinary general meeting until the election of the ninth Board of Directors. Following the conclusion of the extraordinary general meeting, the company held the 28th meeting of the eighth Board of Directors, where it was resolved to appoint Mr. Li Xiehua as a member of the Remuneration Committee and the Development Planning Committee of the eighth Board of Directors. At the extraordinary general meeting, Mr. Ding Chao was elected as the shareholder representative supervisor of the eighth Supervisory Board of the company.
