Based on the review results, the company intends to sign a "Vehicle Purchase Contract" with Jiangxi Jiangling Group Jingma Automobile Co., Ltd. (referred to as "Jiangling Jingma"). The company will purchase 24 8-meter pure electric buses from Jiangxi Jiangling Group Jingma Automobile Co., Ltd. at a purchase price of RMB 16.032 million (tax included).
