Cultural Investment Holdings (600715.SH) disclosed its restructuring plan (draft). The company's restructuring this time will be based on the existing total share capital of Wentai Holdings of 1.855 billion shares. According to a ratio of approximately 11.88773 shares for every 10 shares, capital reserve will be converted into shares, totaling 2.205 billion shares (the final accurate number of shares to be converted will be confirmed by China Securities Depository and Clearing Corporation). After the conversion is completed, the total share capital of Wentai Holdings will increase to 4.06 billion shares.
The above-mentioned converted shares will not be distributed to the original investors, but will be distributed and disposed of according to the provisions of the restructuring plan. Among them, 1 billion shares of converted shares will be used to introduce restructuring investors, and the remaining 1.205 billion shares of converted shares will be used by the company to repay debts.
