Jiangxi Sanxin Medtec (300453.SZ) announced that the Board of Directors has passed a resolution on the capital increase plan for its wholly-owned subsidiary, Sichuan Weili Sheng Medical Technology Co., Ltd. (referred to as "Sichuan Weili Sheng"). The company has agreed to invest RMB 50 million of its own funds to increase the capital of Sichuan Weili Sheng. This capital increase for its wholly-owned subsidiary, Sichuan Weili Sheng, will help strengthen its financial capabilities.

Anhui Conch Cement, a shareholder of Anhui Xinli Finance (stock code 600318.SH), plans to reduce its stake by no more than 1%.
