Grand Ocean AR (00065) announces that the Board of Directors recommends the implementation of a share consolidation, with a ratio of 10 existing shares with a par value of HK$0.01 each to be consolidated into 1 share with a par value of HK$0.1 each.
As of the date of this announcement, the company's authorized share capital is HK$1 billion, divided into 100 billion existing shares with a par value of HK$0.01 each. Of these, 20.46 billion existing shares have been allotted and issued, and are fully paid or credited as paid. After the share consolidation takes effect, and based on the company not allotting, issuing, or buying back any existing shares before the consolidation is completed, the company's authorized share capital will remain at HK$1 billion, divided into 10 billion ordinary shares with a par value of HK$0.1 each, of which 2.05 billion consolidated shares will be issued and fully paid or credited as paid.
