Yunnan Nengtou: Accumulated subsidies from the national renewable energy power price surcharge funds for 2025 amounted to 618 million yuan.

Yunnan Nengtou announced that its four new energy development companies, which are wholly-owned and controlled by the company, recently received a total of 27.0044 million yuan in subsidies for renewable energy electricity price surcharges from Yunnan Power Grid Co., Ltd. As of now, the affiliated companies of the company have received a total of 618 million yuan in subsidies for national renewable energy electricity price surcharges for the year 2025. This subsidy will help increase the company's operating cash flow, reduce accounts receivable, improve fund utilization efficiency, and have a positive impact on the sustained and healthy development of the company's new energy business. Since the subsidy funds have been confirmed as part of the corresponding year's electricity revenue, the receipt of the subsidy funds will not have a significant impact on the company's profit and loss for the year.
