Notice from Li Nuo Pharmaceutical: The company has acquired 34.0465 million shares of Suzhou Chuangyang New Material Technology Co., Ltd. held by Taicang Chuangyang Qiyun, Shanghai Miaoxiang, Shanghai Shizhi, and Shanghai Jiuban through cash payment and agreement transfer form, with a total transfer price of RMB 84 million. After this equity acquisition is completed, the company will hold 34.0465 million shares of Chuangyang, accounting for 30% of Chuangyang's total share capital.
