Fortune Group (03738) has successfully issued 1.6 billion Hong Kong dollars in bonds.

The Zhtng Financial APP reported that Fubon Group (03738) issued a notice regarding the issuance of bonds with a total principal amount of HK$1.6 billion. All the conditions precedent under the subscription agreement have been fulfilled, and the bonds were officially issued on September 29, 2025. The bonds were listed on the Vienna MTF operated by the Vienna Stock Exchange on September 29, 2025.
