Goldman Sachs strategist said that, given the resilience of the US economy, valuation support, and the Federal Reserve's shift towards a dovish stance, global stock markets may continue to rise until the end of the year. The team, including Christian Mueller-Glissmann, has shifted their three-month stance on the stock market to overweight, noting that in the late stage of the economic cycle, when there is strong policy support, this asset class usually performs well. "Strong earnings growth, Fed easing policy when the economy is not in recession, and global fiscal policy easing will continue to support the stock market," the team wrote in a report. "With recession risks under control, we recommend buying stocks on dips before the end of the year."
