Jing Jinsheng was born in September 1969, is a member of the Communist Party of China, and holds a bachelor's degree in Economics. He previously worked at the People's Bank of China and held positions at the Shanxi Branch and Taiyuan Central Branch of the Central Bank. However, Jing Jinsheng later joined the Shanxi Regulatory Bureau of Insurance and worked in various departments such as the office and the insurance intermediary supervision department, eventually becoming the Deputy Director of the Shanxi Regulatory Bureau of Insurance in 2010. Subsequently, he also held positions as Deputy Director of the Shanxi Banking and Insurance Regulatory Bureau, as well as Deputy Director of the Tianjin Banking and Insurance Regulatory Bureau.
