Stellantis NV Chief Financial Officer Doug Ostermann has stepped down in yet another top-level change at this automaker attempting a comeback. Ostermann, who was appointed CFO in October 2024, has been replaced by Joao Laranjo with immediate effect. Laranjo, who previously worked at Stellantis' predecessor Fiat Chrysler Automobiles for a long time, returned to the company this year as the North America finance chief. The company stated on Monday that Ostermann resigned for personal reasons.
