Shengbang Group announced in the morning of September 29th that the company had submitted an application for the public issuance of overseas listed shares and listing on the main board of the Hong Kong Stock Exchange on September 28, 2025, and the application materials for this issuance and listing were published on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange website on the same day.
