Moldova's parliamentary election vote count is nearly completed, and the ruling party has lost its ability to govern alone.
According to information released by the Moldovan Central Election Commission on the night of September 28, after counting 91.12% of the votes, the data shows that the ruling Action and Solidarity Party obtained 46.20% of the votes, significantly ahead of other participating parties. However, they have lost the right to form a government on their own in the new parliament.
