Kotai Power (300153.SZ) is planning to sell its stake in Zhiguang Energy to Zhiguang Electric.

Zhijing Financial News APP, Ketai Power (300153.SZ) announced that the company holds 5.1799% equity of Guangzhou Zhiguang Energy Storage Technology Co., Ltd. (referred to as "Zhiguang Energy Storage"). After preliminary negotiations by all parties, Zhiguang Electric intends to acquire all or part of the equity of Zhiguang Energy held by the company through the issuance of shares and payment of cash (if any). On September 26, 2025, the company signed a "Framework Agreement for Issuance of Shares and Payment of Cash for Asset Acquisition" with Zhiguang Electric and Zhiguang Energy. As of the date of this announcement, the transaction is still in the planning stage.
