The Zhtng Finance and Economics APP reports that Yidao Information (001314.SZ) has announced that the company is planning to issue shares and pay cash to acquire the controlling rights of Guangzhou Langguo Electronic Technology Co., Ltd. (referred to as "Langguo Technology") and Shenzhen City Chengwei Information Co., Ltd. (referred to as "Chengwei Information"), and also plans to raise matching funds. The company's stock will be suspended from trading starting from the morning of September 29, 2025 (Monday), and the suspension is expected to last no more than 10 trading days.
