He has voluntarily surrendered and is currently undergoing disciplinary review by the Central Commission for Discipline Inspection of the National Supervisory Commission's discipline inspection team stationed in the Ministry of Emergency Management and investigation by the supervisory committee of Longyan City, Fujian Province.
