On September 27, the renovation and expansion project of the Jingha Expressway was completed and opened to traffic, becoming the first expressway in China with a long-distance ten-lane road. The Jingha Expressway renovation and expansion project passes through nine counties in Huludao, Jinzhou, and Panjin. After completion, it will further improve the expressway network in the northeast region, support the construction of the Liaoning coastal economic belt, and promote the integration of western Liaoning into the coordinated development strategy of the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region.
