On September 27, a 5.6 magnitude earthquake struck Longxi County, Dingxi City, Gansu Province. After a comprehensive investigation by the provincial, municipal, and county-level rescue forces, no casualties were reported, 6 people were lightly injured and have been sent to receive medical treatment. Currently, rescue forces are assisting the public in eliminating dangers, transporting emergency supplies, and conducting a comprehensive investigation and risk assessment of damaged schools, hospitals, and infrastructure such as transportation, power, and communication in the affected area.
