China Evergrande Group (01359.HK) appoints Song Weigang as the company's president

The China Everbright (01359.HK) announced on the Zhitong Finance APP that during the company's seventh board meeting in 2025 on September 26th, three resolutions were passed. These include appointing Mr. Song Weigang as the company's President, nominating Mr. Song as an executive director of the company, and nominating Mr. Wang Zhongze as an independent non-executive director of the company.
