The Zhifang Financial APP news, Xingya Holdings (08293) announced that on September 26, 2025, the seller (the company's wholly-owned subsidiary SingAsia Investments Limited) intends to sell all the issued shares of the target company SingAsia Resources Pte. Ltd. to the buyer (Mr. Huang Hanbing) for a price of 15,000 Singapore dollars.
