On September 16, 2025, Henan Ancai Gaoke Co., Ltd. held the 28th meeting of the eighth board of directors, which approved the acquisition of 100% equity of Henan Gao Chun Mineral Technology Co., Ltd. held by Luoning Zhongtianli with self-raised funds of 15,011.2 million yuan. Recently, the company has completed the industrial and commercial change registration for this equity transaction. After the change is completed, Henan Gao Chun Mineral will become its wholly-owned subsidiary and be included in the consolidated financial statements. The company will disclose the follow-up progress of related party transactions in a timely manner and remind investors to invest rationally and pay attention to risks.
