Buddha Sculpture Technology: Plans to invest 3.469 billion yuan to establish a holding subsidiary company.

Foerstech Technology Announcement, the company and Sinopec Hunan Petrochemical Co., Ltd. jointly established a project company to invest in the construction of polyamide-nylon film project. The registered capital of the project company is 960 million yuan, with Foerstech Technology contributing 576 million yuan, holding 60%; Hunan Petrochemical contributing 384 million yuan, holding 40%. The total planned investment of the project is 3.469 billion yuan, to build polyamide chip and nylon film production lines, mainly producing and operating polyamide chips and nylon film products. The project is expected to have a construction period of 38 months. The project is in line with the company's industrial development positioning, will enhance the market position of BOPA film business, and strengthen the company's core competitiveness and risk resistance capability.
