The Ministry of Industry and Information Technology and other seven departments issued a notice on the "Work Plan for Stabilizing Growth in the Petrochemical Industry". It mentioned utilizing existing policy channels such as long-term special national bonds, leveraging the role of relevant government investment funds, and increasing support for industrial scientific and technological innovation, equipment upgrading and renovation. The petrochemical industry will be included in the key supported areas of the city pilot policy for the transformation of new manufacturing technologies. Financial institutions are encouraged to implement credit policies that support both assistance and control according to industrial layout and capacity regulation directions. Fully leverage the credit market service platform of the People's Bank of China and the national production-finance cooperation platform to improve the quality and efficiency of financial services.
