The National Development and Reform Commission issued a notice today on strengthening the cultivation of innovative digital economy enterprises, which mentioned the establishment of a specialized selection and cultivation group for digital economy enterprises, including relevant departments, local governments, state-owned enterprises, private enterprises, research institutes, universities, investment institutions, and incubators, in order to build a specialized selection and cultivation mechanism that combines "government + enterprise + innovation + investment".
